Natalie is a gluten-free foodie who has mastered the art of making macarons. She loves to experiment with unexpected ingredients and flavor combinations. Making macarons has become her creative outlet and she's excited to share her passion for this French delicacy with the world.
Sarah is the creative force behind We the Birds' brand strategy, website design and imagery. Her background in fashion, photography & graphic design (having worked for Neiman Marcus corporate for the better part of her career), combined with Natalie’s knack for making (the tastiest) French macarons has blossomed into a full-fledged business producing handcrafted custom macs in the DFW area (for now)...
